Your privacy, in plain language.
What we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and how to turn tracking off. Last updated September 24, 2026.
Who we are
Limitless (learnlimitless.ca) is a private tutoring practice founded by Jeremy Varghese in Markham, Ontario. Jeremy is responsible for how we handle personal information. For any question or request, email jeremy@learnlimitless.ca or call (647) 551-8585.
What you tell us
- Session requests (on the home page): the lesson format, the subject, your name, your email, and any notes you add.
- The contact form: your name, your email, whether you are a parent or a student, the course, and your message.
- Messages you send us by email, phone, text, WhatsApp or Instagram.
We use this to reply to you, arrange and teach lessons, and send invoices. Our small team sees what it needs to teach you. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
What is collected automatically
- Our own visit counter. It records which page was viewed and simple events, such as a practice test being started. It uses no cookies and stores no identifiers, so it can't tell who you are.
- Google Analytics (performance cookies). It shows us which pages people visit and how they found us. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off.
- The Meta Pixel (advertising cookies). It tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone visits a page or gets in touch with us: sending a session request or the contact form, or tapping our phone number or email. That lets us see whether our ads work and show them to people likely to be interested. Our site sends Meta the page and the kind of action (for example, the subject and lesson format). When you fill in one of our forms, the Pixel also sends Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of details such as your email address and name, so Meta can match the visit to an account. It never sends your message. Meta may combine what it receives with information it already has, under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting. Our host, Netlify, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Settings on your device. Your browser keeps your light or dark theme, your cookie choices and your practice-test progress. These stay on your device.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics and advertising cookies are on by default. You can turn either one off at any time: choose Settings on the cookie banner, or Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Your choice takes effect right away and is remembered on this device.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we take it as a no: our visit counter, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel all stay off. You can also block cookies in your browser, and manage the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
Who helps us
- Netlify hosts the site and receives the contact form.
- Supabase stores session requests and runs our booking system.
- Google provides our email (Google Workspace) and Google Analytics.
- Meta measures our Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Wave sends invoices to our clients.
These companies handle information for us under their own security and privacy terms. Some of them store it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
How long we keep it
We keep session requests and messages for as long as we need them to reply, arrange lessons and keep business records, and then delete them. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner, unless we have to keep it, for example for tax records.
Students under 18
If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us your contact details.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or withdraw your consent. Email jeremy@learnlimitless.ca and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
